Purchase Snake River Naturalist’s Guide

January 3, 2019/in Reources /by Snake River Fund

The Snake River Fund’s naturalist guide is available for purchase through snake river fund or at bookstores around town.

“A Naturalist’s Guide to the Snake River” is a small, 4.5″ x 7″ flip book (spiral-bound) on waterproof paper, 100 pages, written by Margaret Creel, published by the Snake River Fund, edited by White Willow Publishing, and entirely funded by grants and private foundations.

Contents include stunning photos and information about river fundamentals, flora and fauna, human history and trivia. The guide is intended to be a broad brush overview of the Snake River in Jackson Hole.

The Fund’s hope is to raise enough money to cover the next printing; anything raised over that amount will be put toward educational programs.

The cost of the guide is $9.95 plus shipping. Bulk discounts and wholesale pricing are available. Please contact us for more information or CLICK HERE to purchase online.

“So if you enjoy rafting through heart-pumping rapids or observing diverse ecology and wildlife, ‘A Naturalist’s Guide to the Snake River’ is an essential piece to bring along on your next river adventure.” –DAVE WISE, NOLS

“If you’ve ever wondered about the Snake’s extensive length – all 1,036 miles of it, this flip-through guidebook is the answer.” –DAVE WISE, NOLS
